Re: BK Friendly Credit Union My credit union is RBFCU (Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union). They’re in Texas. I had no issues opening my account with them after clearing my Chexsystems, which I was able to do with my BK7 discharge papers. They are a little too conservative for my needs, however. RBFCU 2 cards $10K each approved (cashback & premier) with same HP I have been reading about this local credit union RBFCU (Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union) TX only and they use Experian Vantage 4, I went to nearest branch and applied for membership through American Consumer Council (ACC), it was instant membership as long as your Checksystem is good. I applied for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) membership through the family eligibility and was approved today for my membership account and the RBFCU 2% Cashback Rewards, MC Credit Card. I’ve also seen it with loans of some sort but not CC’s. You can apply for a Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) credit card the same day you become a member (I did). Also, FYI, I was initially approved for a $1K starting limit. After one year of PIF each month and charging 100-200 each month I asked for a CLI (HP) and they increased my limit to $11,500. I got lost on their website for a good while. Interesting different account options. Looks like a really good credit union to join. Re: RBFCU – ACH requires 3 business days notice! The card and that feature is one of the reasons I want it. Do you know if RBFCU is sensitive to too much available credit? Or do they not care about that? It is probably best I close the cards in my sock drawer prior to applying. My TU is over 800. AAoA 4 years.
