Edgar (Lupin), Magali (Fujiko) et Jigen assistent au mariage de Goemon. Mais pendant la cérémonie, des ninjas appartenant au clan Fuma font leur apparition et tentent de voler le vase sacré de la famille Suminawa. Ce vase permet de trouver le trésor de la famille. Réagissant avec rapidité, nos amis parviennent à récupérer le précieux objet. Malheureusement, la future mariée, Murasaki, est enlevée à la place ! Goemon et ses amis vont donc tenter de délivrer la jeune fille, trouver le trésor avant le clan Fuma, et devoir faire face à nouveau à l’inspecteur Lacogne (Zenigata), toujours aussi infatigable…
